At GrabIt, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for immediate replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the product.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products without original packaging.
Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
